How Your Information Is Stored
Quote requests are stored in Cloudflare D1, a managed database service. Access is restricted to authorized Specialty Flooring Solutions personnel through a password-protected admin system.
Email Delivery
When you submit a quote request, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided and a notification email to our team, using Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes the message content solely to deliver these emails.
Infrastructure
This website, its media assets, and its underlying services are hosted on Cloudflare's network (Pages, D1, R2, and related services).
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain quote request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at the email address below and we will honor reasonable requests.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit, including transport encryption and access controls on our admin system. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
